Job Description
We are Smart Contact Manager. Our team develops and implements web products, designs and promotes them, as well as provides full service support to our customers. We are always looking for enthusiastic enthusiasts who will implement, develop and maintain high quality customer service standards.

Duties:
- Connecting customers to cloud telephony system, assisting with technical issues, advising on setup;
- Remotely installing software (through the timeweaver, enidesk);
- Setting up telephony clients (via web-interface);
- Setting up of remote network equipment (via web-interface);
- Receiving requests from customers via telephone and ticket system;
- Troubleshooting through logs.
Requirements:
- Age 18 – 30;
- Good teaching ability;
- Experience setting up network equipment (counting test benches at university and on own virtual machine);
- Experience with any kind of ticketing systems;
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems, user level command line usage;
- TCP/IP, DNS, NAT stack knowledge;
- Understanding of the asterisk;
- Basic knowledge of html;
- Experience of working with monitoring systems.
For candidates it will be a plus:
- Experience in telecommunications;
- Minimum experience of working with websites (editing or creating);
- Minimum knowledge of scripting, html, programming.
