Dining Services Wait Staff

We are currently seeking Wait Staff to join our Dining Services Department at Arcadia Retirement Residence & 15 Craigside. We have the following shifts available:

Arcadia Retirement Residence:
Full Time (40 hours per week), working 6.15am-2.15pm/ 12pm-8pm, Sunday through Saturday
Part Time (20-30 hours per week), working 12-8pm/3-8pm Sunday to Saturday
Casual (19 hours per week), working 5.00pm-8.00pm

15 Craigside:
Full Time (40 hours per week), working 1pm-9pm
Casual (<20 hrs per week), working 3pm-9pm Monday/Wednesday & weekends

  • Greets all guests and takes beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provides the highest quality of dining service to the residents, guests and outside clients
  • Prepares food and beverage for service to residents and guests
  • Accurately enters orders into the POS system
  • Serves food and beverages to residents and guests
  • Ensures that wait staff stations are clean
  • Opening and closing duties

The Successful Applicant must have:

  • Ability to work in a busy, customer service environment
  • Prior customer service experience, preferred
