Job Description

Maintain facility with general upkeep, including but not limited to a regular preventative & ongoing maintenance program, minor janitorial tasks, & daily grounds and facilities inspections in an efficient & safe manner. Must have minimum 2 years maintenance work experience. Tasks may include painting, light carpentry, minor plumbing & electrical repair. Must be able to lift and carry at least 60-lbs. Have some competency with computer and possess excellent customer service skills. Own reliable transportation a must.
