Located inside the Hilton Waikiki Beach on Kuhio, MAC 24/7 features award-winning food, the best happy hours in town, and best of all, a team dedicated to excellent customer service in a very fast-paced environment! If you think you’re up to these challenges, we look forward meeting you! – Deliver exceptional service and aloha to your guests – Interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner – Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items and upselling techniques – Ensure food presentation is fresh and up to our high-quality standards. – Always anticipate guests needs with suggestions of food & beverage items – Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas, sanitation stations, and your own appearance – Able to multi task and work well with others – Able to work well under pressure with efficiency and accuracy – Demonstrate the ability to own and resolve guest concerns – Support your MAC 24/7 ohana (team members) – Strong verbal communications skills – Must be able to obtain a Hawaii state Liquor Card – Micros experience preferred – Previous restaurant experience preferred – Flexible availability required – weekdays, weekends, overnights and holidays PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR RESUME ATTACHED IF INTERESTED.
